iCare tonometers work on a patented rebound principle, in which a light-weight probe moves in a magnetic field and makes momentary contact with the cornea. The measurement requires no air or anaesthetic drops. iCare tonometer probes (TP01) are packaged individually to ensure each patient has a safe and contamination free experience. The probes have been designed for single-use only and they should not be cleaned or re-used. Cleaning or mishandling the probe can cause damage and therefore affect the accuracy of the measurement results. The TP01 tonometer probes are compatible for use in the IC100, IC200 & TA01 iCare tonometers. It is recommended, to ensure patient safety and accuracy of IOP measurements, to only use original iCare probes only. Available from the only official UK distributor, Mainline Instruments.

The EIDON product family was the first TrueColor Confocal Scanner in the market. It combines TrueColor technology and confocality to create ultra high-resolution wide field images. It is the first system to combine the advantages of SLO with the fidelity of true colour imaging therefore setting a new standard of performance in retinal imaging. The iCare EIDON guarantees increased image sharpness, better optical resolution, higher details, and greater contrast. Download the iCare EIDON Brochure here. A Ultra-Widefield Module Lens is also available as an accessory, using TrueColor confocal technology to give unsurpassed image quality and a superior increased field of view of the retina. A single image with the lens can get 120° and takes less than a minute, and a mosaic style image can be quickly taken to show 200° in a panoramic view.

With all of the features of the EIDON TrueColor Confocal Scanner, the EIDON AF has the added advantage of auto fluorescence imaging capabilities. With a quick and non-invasive auto fluorescence imaging technique, this device improves patient comfort and experience. The EIDON AF has a fully automatic mode allowing any staff member to run diagnostic tests, which will improve workflow efficiency and help reduce patient waiting times. Download the iCare EIDON Brochure here. A Ultra-Widefield Module Lens is also available as an accessory, using TrueColor confocal technology to give unsurpassed image quality and a superior increased field of view of the retina. A single image with the lens can get 120° and takes less than a minute, and a mosaique style image can be quickly taken to show 200° in a panoramic view.

The iCare EIDON FA is the top-end imaging system from iCare. It combines all of the imaging modalities available in the EIDON and EIDON AF with fluorescein angiography images and video for the ultimate complete imaging suite. It also offers widefield imaging out to 110° whilst preserving the image quality, sharpness and detail - even in the periphery. With the added advantage of ultra-high resolution FA video recording, medical professionals get a realistic and dynamic view of retinal vasculature and circulation mechanisms. Download the iCare EIDON Brochure here. A Ultra-Widefield Module Lens is also available as an accessory, using TrueColor confocal technology to give unsurpassed image quality and a superior increased field of view of the retina.
